Squidoo : show

As a free, 'user generated content' website that people can publish pages on (and earn royalties from), we at Squidoo have the challenge of keeping an eye on the fringes. While 99% of our pages are on unique, honest, non-scammy topics, there are the inevitable cases where a certain topic has attracted such negative attention from spammers or people trying to work the system that we can't allow it at all, even for the good guys. Several affiliate programs have also coordinated spamming of content on Squidoo, and even if the topic seems harmless, the intent is not. As such we have certain Terms of Service and Guidelines to help keep the site safe and legal and enjoyable.

If you've seen this message upon trying to publish one of your lenses, you're probably hoping to be an exception from the rules, and we'd love to hear about it. If you would like to request special clearance for your lens, in the hopes of getting it greenlighted for publishing, please fill out the form below. We look at special requests once a week.

In the meantime, your lens will be held in limbo and you won't be able to publish it live. You're welcome to create other lenses, however, on other topics that don't go near the edges of our SquidDon't policies. Thanks!
