Getting Pageviews To Your Lense

Adding your site to directories or social bookmarking sites is a great way to get pageviews.
DMOZ is a good example!

del.icio.us is one of the biggest social bookmarking sites out there! All you have to do is submit your site and your lense gives visitors the option to bookmark/favourite your site!

Finding a trusty surf exchange can be a great push for a new website. You can browse through other people's websites for free, and every time you look at somebody else's site, you earn credits with which to "buy" pageviews.

Easy Hits 4 U is a fantastic new site that makes it really easy to get pageviews quickly... OR you can exchange your credits for money instead.


Galacy Gold lets you have 30 surfs a day, and every page you view gives you a credit to let others see your own site.
Because of the 30-a-day limit, people are more likely to stop and look at your site, and while you're at it you can win prizes and money from "meteors" and things, making it fun and worthwile to join!

You can also earn easy credits from referring other members... you don't even have to use the exchange to get people to visit your site!

If you can get linked on sites or other lenses with a high google PR, then google will boost your own site up on it's search engines!
Manually e-mail site owners- be polite, but don't be too shy! Be honest and tell them that you are trying to boost your site to get visitors, but that you also like their site and want to link them on your lense!
Light flattery also helps ;D

Awmoney.net is a domain name site looking for people to join their link exchange- this can benefit a site owner greatly as you can have a front page slot on their site!

Get your friends, colleagues and family to spread the word! Don't be embarrassed! E-mail them the link, and include the social bookmarking sites they can add it too!

Make a myspace account just to promote your lense.
Make lots of friends who you think might be interested in your lense(s) and make sure you update with blogs and other tools regularly to give them money-making tips!
They might just be interested and come over to your lense...!

Finding lots of squidoo groups can really help ! There a groups like the "One Million Lense Challenge" group that accept anybody, or there are specified groups like "Connie's Craft-a-Holics Club Headquarters" that only accept lenses on one subject.
Either way, you should join some and maybe some other lense masters will check you out! You're more likely to get visitors from the targeted groups- their members will actually have an interest in your subject.

Remember, you should give back to the group by visiting other group member's lenses too!

Hopefully, you'll follow all my tips and keep promoting your site! I won't promise thousands of visitors overnight, but if you keep working, you could be attracting thousands of visitors in only weeks!
