PTC Reviews: How To Pick The Best Paid To Click Sites
Can you make money online with paid to click sites or are they scams? The goal of this lens is to help you make the best choices when looking for the best ptc site so that your answer is "yes I can make money online with paid to click sites!".
If you came here to find some good new PTC's read on there will be some good links along the way. I do not just add fifty new sites that I know nothing about like some other PTC review sites that I've seen.
The links I do put in, I try my best to make sure they are all paying PTC's so that I am not recommending any bad sites. I update this Lens daily and remove any site that even smells bad.
I also remove them if they have temporary problems such as a down website, or payment procerssor issues. They will be re-added if and when they resolve their problems.
The highest paying PTC's can be risky so watch your spending in those. Read on and follow my quest for the best paid to click site.
The best paid to click sites that I have the most confidence in will be highlighted in a yellow background like this one. This means I can recommend you upgrade or spend in these sites.
Scam: The Most Misused Four letter Word?
Their all scams I tell ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have decided to make this a "best paid to click site" not a "scam list" because I feel that the word scam is largly misused and overused. The word scam implies a deliberate, planned theft.A PTC site that fails and closes up shop does'nt always mean the admin was a scammer. The paid to click business model is a delicate one that needs to be run just right. But all too often, new PTC site owners make mistakes that cost them, as well as their members who invested. He may have simply failed at running his PTC website. Many scam list sites post scam information that they obtained from other sites, which amounts to "hearsay" So Instead of throwing alot of mud, I will only list a few sites where I have personally had a bad experience with. I will focus mostly on making this a "best ptc list" type of site where you can see the PTC's that are currently paying on time according to their terms of service.
There are many paid to click programs that are run well by honest administrators and pay in a reasonable amount of time. These are the ones you want and I will show you what to look for, and how to spot the best paying ptc sites where you will make money. Read on and I will try to give you the best paid to click review list that I can.Paid To Click: How Does It Work?
Why would they pay you to watch ads?

Good PTC sites are probably the best way to make money on the internet and best of all they are legal and free to join. Paid to click is an easy way to make money online if you keep your advertising budget low. Here's how it works in a nutshell: Advertisers need low cost advertising and they are willing to pay for the visitors.

Advertisers pay the PTC site for visitors.

free members get paid to click and visit thier sites through the PTC site surf page.
You can make some pretty good extra spending cash in paid to click sites, but you should know that you'll probobly never quit your day job with it. For that, you will need to join a program like this one.
How To Make Referrals Turn Pennies Into Hundred Dollar Bills
Maximising profits with PTC programs
The key to making more significant amounts of money in PTC's is to get referrals and lots of them. These are people who join from your referral link at the PTC you are in. You get paid when they click along with your personal clicks. But what is the best way to go about recruiting these referrals? You can use a free service that emails your ad to their own list called Advertyze.com. Or join the best free traffic exchange. Or join the other best traffic exchange. (I know I know There can't be two best traffic exchages but those are my favorites)
Another good traffic exchange is called best free traffic. Next, you can use an excellent free service called GetRef.com or another called marketingpond.com. You can start a blog. And the best thing to do is create a free Squidoo site like the one you are reading from and then write an article all about your Squidoo page (include your link) and submit the article to isnare.com. Isnare can then redistribute your article to over 140,000 other article sites. This will give you plent of backlinks that point to your Squidoo page abd that will cause you to rank high in Google. (thats why you found this site because I did just that!) or you can advertise in other paid to click sites.
ALso you can build traffic to your site for free with Traffic-co-op.com.
You can also get signups from advertising in Herculist. They are one of the best safelists. Or there are more advertising idea's on my advertising lens.
I recommend you do all of these and more. The more signups you get for free the better off you are. However, there are lots of PTC's out there and many of them offer very low advertising rates. You can buy a thousand visitors for as little as two dollars at some sites and the people who are clicking are looking for more PTC's to join because the more sites they click in, the more they can make every day. It is not very hard to get signups into these free programs and many of them simply offer to sell you the referrals and save you the time and effort of recruiting them yourself. In some cases this is more economical than recruiting them yourself, depending on the price they charge for the referrals but stick with me a minute and I will show you how to recruit them yourself for fifty to sixty cents a piece.PTC sites usually charge around a dollar per referral in packages of five all the way up to 500 members. This cuts into your profits quite a bit though, so get all the free referral sources you can.
Buying referrals is ok but I do not recommend doing that as your only way of getting referrals.
If you buy 500 referrals for a cost of $500, most people report making between $1.50 and $3.00 per day. At $1.50 per day, that's $50 per month and you recover your investment in ten months or less and after thats overwith, your monthly earnings are all profit for as long as your referrals keep clicking. If it is a good site with lots of ads it can be a great investment. However the site could out of business before you recover your investment. I've talked to people who are bringing in $50 per day using Paid To Click sites and I've also talked to people who lost thousands so be careful.
Advertyze.com: The Best Email Service
How to let Advertyze.com do your mailings for free
You can get all your mailings done for free because you earn 50 email credits for each free member you refer, 500 credits for a plus account member and 1000 for a premier account member. They send to double opt-in so there is no spam concern for you to worry about. And if you upgrade the system offers an even more incredible value.

PTC's From The Advertisers Point Of View
To place an ad or not to place an ad, that is the question
Advertisers all want basically the same thing: low cost good effective advertising! But is PTC advertising or "incentive based advertising" effective? Some say no because people are just clicking for cash and don't care about your offer. But lets look at the type of person who is clicking the ads. They want to make money online and they are willing to do some work to get it. Does'nt that sound like exactly the type of person you want in your home business offer?
The top PTC that pays their clickers well is not always the place advertisers get the best results, although it can be. The best results seem to come from PTC's that have been online longer thus building trust among their members. This tends to "legitimize" the PTC and the ads tend to be trusted more by the members. This is not a golden rule mind you, however it seems to be correct most of the time.
CAUTION: do not advertise sites that contain Google Adsense ads as this is a violation of thier Adsense Terms! This means you should not advertise a squidoo page on any type of "paid to" site.
How much does it cost to advertise on a ptc site? Some advertisers pay as much as $4.00 per click in google adwords But the PTC sites charge much much less, about a penny per click or less! It is a good alternative to adwords if you have the kind of offer the penny clickers are looking for. And you can offset your advertising cost by clicking the ads!
I personally get the best advertising results at Linkgrand and Clixsense.
High Paying PTC's Or Low Paying Ones Which Is Better?
The answer is not as obvious as you may think
There are two basic types of paid to click programs. High paying PTC: Those who pay you more than one cent for each click. These have caused Paypal to freeze the accounts of a few PTC owners. No reason was given but I beleive Paypal suspected the high paying sites were operating as ponzi schemes. so you might want to stay away from the high paying PTC sites especially if you use Paypal. However many sites are now accepting Alertpay. Unless they sell lot's of ads, (and most high paying PTC's don't) any PTC site that pays out more than one cent per click and one cent per referral click CANNOT sustain itself indefinitly and will have a longer waiting time for payout requests as time goes on until it finally collapses.
The lower paying ones typically pay a half cent per click or less but are much more reliable in the long run. Some sites do the same thing by keeping it at one cent per click but only paying out fifty percent referral commissions. This way they can charge less for advertising, which attracts advertisers to their site. These sites handle payout requests faster because they dont need to wait for new money to come in. They pay immediatly from advertisers money rather than waiting for money from upgrades and referral purchases to come in. These are the sites that I personaly put more of my trust in.Paypal Freezes PTC Owners Accounts
Paypal Does It Again
Paypal has a long history of suddenly freezing the accounts of online business operators. These are somtimes people who have been doing business though Paypal for quite some time, thinking they are within the rules, and then without any warning they step in and freeze their account saying they have violated their terms of service. (I believe they wait so long so that they can make alot of money first before they "notice" the sites inner setup.) No email saying "stop using paypal for your site or else" they just take the PTC owners money for a minimum of 180 days and they may or may not give it back ever. They are also known for refusing to explain what it was about the PTC that they took objection to. This is just another reason why you must be very carefull when investing large amounts of money buying referrals or upgrades. If the PTC owner gets taken to the cleaners buy Paypal then you too lose your money.
Paypals rules remain vague on what types of PTC's are allowed so most sites are switching over to AlertPay. It is a good processor and will suit the PTC industry better in the long run anyway. Some Good 1 Cent PTC's
Take a peek at these PTC's

Daddybux features 1 cent per click and 100% referral earnings.

7 Bux features 1 cent per click and 100% referral earnings.

10 bux features 1 cent per click and 100% referral earnings.
ClickSense Paid To Click: A very reliable website that has been very successful online for a long time. Very good customer support, admin has good reputation. This site always has more 1 cent ads to click than any other PTC that I know of.
50% Referral Earnings: The Future Of PTC?
Why 50% referral earnings is the way to go
Sites with With 50% referral earnings however are much more sustainable and send your payout request significantly faster. Below are a few of these sites that I use. Sure I make less money, but I get it in a day or two instead of a month or two! And I get the peace of mind knowing that they are not going to crumble finacially at any moment. I believe these are the sites that will stand the test of time and therefor the best way to make money online in the long run.
All sites below are less than 100% referral earnings, most are 50%.

High paying per click but 50% referral earnings. Good site and their script does not lose your referrals if they click around the site before registering!

V.I.P.Bux: 1 cent per click 50% referral earnings

Ice bux is a new site that pays 1 cent per click and 50% referral earnings.
Neobux features instant automatic payouts and one of the best PTC scripts out there. The server is SSL protected, and features a on-screen keypad for anti-keylogger protection. Not alot of ads though, so it is a slow earner.
Linkgrand always has plenty of ads to click and also has very good customer support that gives quick replies and fast payouts. A very reliable well run site. They pay less per click than some but make up for it with lower ad prices and they pay you 10% on any advertising purchases made by your referrals. One excellent feature is that your ad stays in the database forever. People get curious and click ads that do not have any clicks left on them occaisionally. Plus you can end up indexed in google so you can get outside hits to it even after your paid clicks run out! They also offer "target by country" so you can decide exactily which countries can see your ads. I have been paid many times from Linkgrand and always recieve the payment quickly.
High Paying PTC's Use With Caution
Be carefull spending in these, but if high pay is your thing...
Note:On average I take one of theses sites off each week due to them dissapearing with everyones upgrade money and simply going offline so watch your step. If big money is your thing, I honestly believe you would be better off to join this program.

Up to 2¢ per click at this one. Good site and the script does not lose your referrals if they click around the site before registering!

Just opened: Up to 3¢ per click at this one. Their script will lose your referral if they click around the site before registering. Which Sites Should I Trust?
Some indicators of good and bad PTC sites
The single most important thing to consider when choosing the best PTC is reliability. Will the site still be there next month? It does you no good to have a program that pays two cents per click if the site is going to dissapear right after you buy referrals or upgrade. Many small startup sites disappear suddenly without warning. And without even a goodbye. (in most cases it will be a high paying PTC that goes under because the business model cannot sustain itself indefinetly) The site is simply gone and you have no recourse. One good sign, is if you see the owners contact info plainly listed on the site in a easy to find place. Another good sign is a quick response from the admin if you send an email. At a good ptc site the admin will respond within 48 hours. Does the site have it's own user forum? If so, register there FIRST and see what the members are saying. Also you need to look at how old the site is and how many members they have. You can find out when the websites url was created by doing a search at whois.net. This will usually tell you how long the site has been online, and sometimes the owners name and contact info will show in the search because they did not pay extra to hide their info. As for how many members they have, most sites list their member stats right on their home page and if you cannot find this information anywhere on the site, then I reccomend you forget that site. The more members a PTC site has and the longer it has been online the more trustworthy it generally becomes.
However, a common problem with the higher paying sites (anything over 1 cent per click) have is somthing that happens when the site is a ponzi (Deliberatly waiting to payout old payout requests until "new money" enters the system from new sales, rather than getting that money straight from the advertisers in real time) and gets too big. The admins sometimes start having trouble getting all their daily payouts done because they need to wait for more people to upgrade or buy referrals before they can payout. Then people get nervous because they are waiting for over a month for their payout request or their referral purchase. And nervous people stop spending money, which causes the program to come to a standstill. It is possible to find a new PTC that is run well though, just watch their forum for disgruntled members. Also you can "do the math" to see if the site pays out more than it is taking in. Look at the ads in the surf page. Are they all ads placed by the admin personally or are some of the ads placed by new advertisers? If there are only ads placed there by the admin the site will tend to be slow to send you payout requests. Be carefull spending lots of money right after joining a new ptc. Spend a small amount promoting it first and watch the site perform for you to make sure the admin is running things right. Then if the math is working out spend a bit more but always be mindfull that anything can happen when you just joined and have not yet established a track record with that site.
Should I Buy Referrals From My Favorite PTC?
Purchased Referrals: The Best Shell Game In Town!
Website owners run special scripts that keep track of referrals that you and I bring in. The old standard method was to automatically install a cookie on your machine when you visit thier website xyzMLM.com. Then, assuming the cookie does not get deleted, if you ever visit a DIFFERENT persons affiliate page for xyzMLM, and decide to JOIN it, that cookie would still put you in the downline of the FIRST affilliate ID that you found on the net.
This also kept you as the owner of this recruit if they decide to click all around the website before actually joining it.
But guess what? With most paid to click scripts this is not the case and if they click all over the website before they click the join button they usually end up joining with no sponsor.
This works out great for the PTC. They get 50 or 100 sponsorless signups per day, and then they SELL THEM to the members for a buck a piece! In some cases the referral you buy might have been brought in by YOU in the first place!
So if the site has referrals for sale that means there are some steps you need to take to make sure the referrals you bring in all go in YOUR downline.
First, logout of the PTC. Now go to you own referral link as if you were joining it and click on the "join" or "register" button. When that page loads, copy the URL from your browser and include the HTTP:// and make sure you see your nickname or affilliate ID number at the end of the URL. (If it is not, then this method wont work at that site)
If it ends with your username or affiliate ID this url should take them straight to the signup form page and you cannot lose the referral if they choose to fill in that page. The downside is that there is no "sales pitch" on that page just text boxes so you should first send the traffic to a splash page of your own that has a link that points to your signup form page.
The other alternative is to just buy the referrals and do not spend money recruiting. This will gaurentee they are your people but it is a choice of cost. Can you recruit them yourself cheaper? If you are skilled it is possible. I use the splash page pointing at the signup form method and my referrals are costing me around fifty cents a peice this way. I got 19 signups for a $10 ad I placed in LinkGrand just the other day which took about 24 hours to complete. So there ya go, that's my take on it all now get out there and drum up some recruits!
Sites That I Did Not Like
I do not recommend these sites
Many people join PTC's just to click ads which is what the site is for but the Admin got all pissed off when not many people were upgrading or buying advertising and decided to email everyone telling us that we were not "participating" and I quote: "Member participation in this site is miserable" and this one in his forum stands out among lots of other choice whining: "If you don't want to advertise or upgrade, I personally think you should delete your account" When I read this I gladly took his advise and deleted my account. I encourage you to do the same if you joined mypaidclicks. If you joined from this page, please accept my opolagy for introducing you to this moron.

Bux.to:
Once thought to be the best paid to click site Bux.to was the second bux site to come online (amidst allegations that they stole thier script from Adbux which was supported by many people who reported seeing Adbux headers at the top of the Bux.to F.A.Q. page on their opening day).
Many people still believe in this site but they were not living up to their T.O.S. with respect to the waiting time to get paid, So now they've changed it yet again to another month longer waiting time. Users are reporting a three month waiting period to get their payout request. In a few months they will likly up it to four months ect....Ponzi? I think so. Also the majority of forum threads and posts are negative. I personally have been waiting three and a half months for my payout request. At this rate, that means you can only get paid around four times per year! Ridiculous. If you want to be in a PTC like Bux.to but not so big that it cannot function, try 7Bux.net
****************************************************************************************************************************
GP2Profits:
Admin wont answer (ever), he's removed Paypal from the withdrawl request page with no explaination. (note that this happened long before Paypal changed thier PTC policy.) He now accepts Egold but with a 70% transaction fee! Rediculous.
