PaidTheFastest is a great GPT site to make some extra spending money while watching TV or listening to your favorite music. Minimum payout is only $1.00 and is paid instantly to your PayPal account!

I especially enjoy playing "Spin The Wheel", each offer listed that has a "Spin" symbol will also give you a spin at the wheel in addition to the dollar amount you receive. Some offers will also give you points which I usually spend on "Spins", (that's the gambler in me), but you can also save them for prizes.

They have an optional upgrade option where you can upgrade your account to receive unreferred sign-ups and other benefits. I have done this, in fact, that's the first thing I do with my earnings on a site - so I have 16 referrals on this site.
