    Hi Trevor, just surfed through and want to share this with some people that will be helped by it. It is true if a person were to take action on the simple things that you reccomened I believe would make a huge difference. Many many people are getting relief from the pain and inflammation with Nopa Cactus Juice, it really is worth looking into.. thanks Trevor!

    I agree with Katherine below as nsaid and other pharmaceuticals work but the long term affects are quite damaging.

    It is always good to use natural treatments for every pain because fewer complications can happen. Now, I wonder what really happened about those people who filed for a DePuy Pinnacle Lawsuit which I will be reading soon.

    I read a few very interesting articles about arthritis at Total Health Remedies - Arthritis. My mother has an arthritis problem and she does not know much about the ins and outs of it. So I suggested the above website. Her problem seems to be getting better. I guess that knowing about what may be ailing you is half the battle!

    Nice lens.
    Check out cozybagz (microwaveable corn filled heating bags) when you get a chance. They have a new line of organic fabrics and the bags are actually filled with organic corn. They are awesome.
