Ramedica Herbal Wonder Balm Works Wonders on Pain

I'm a natural health enthusiast. I write about natural healing for pain and about the advantages of an all natural pain relieving gel. After prevention, a topical remedy is one of the best solutions for muscle and arthritis pain because you get the help where you need it most. The best pain relieving gel is a well-kept secret that I want to share with the world.

Natural Pain Relieving Ideas

When trying to find relief from the pain most people think of reaching for some sort of pill to take- ibuprofen, aspirin, Tylenol or something even stronger than those. Less often, we think of natural ways to relieve pain including a pain relieving gel to apply to our skin.

When you have muscle or arthritis pain it can affect every aspect of your life. You limit your activities, cancel plans, and even feel like you're in a bad mood when these pains strike.

You shouldn't have to accept muscle pain as normal or part of your life. You should be able to live your life without any pain at all! Before you start taking pain relief medication consider the following natural healing ideas.

Back Pain Relief without Medication:

When you first feel a pull in your back, try these steps to avoid or lessen the pain. These are the most important at home treatments for the first few days of back pain (if it continues, see your doctor for a thorough exam)

1. Try to Relax. Lie down in a comfortable position
2. Apply Ice. Put ice or a cold pack on your back for 10 minutes every hour to reduce pain and speed healing
3. Pelvic tilts. This exercise gently move the spine and stretches the lower back
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor
- Slowly tighten your muscles and press your lower back against the floor. Hold for 10 seconds (don't hold your breath). Slowly relax
4. Walk (no bed rest!!) Take a short walk (3-5 minutes) on a flat, level surface every 3 hours.

Muscle aches and pains are common and can involve more than one muscle and can involve the soft tissues that surround muscles. These connective tissues that can be affected include ligaments, tendons, and fascia (thick bands of tendons).
Most frequently, muscle pain is related to tension, overuse, or muscle injury from exercise or physically demanding work.

Prevention is the Best Remedy

Pay attention to how you use your back. Try avoid twisting at the waist (instead turn the entire body) and always use your legs (and not your back) when lifting heavy objects.
You should also work to strengthen your core abdominal muscles as they provide stability for the back and help take some of the workload off of the weaker back muscles.

Use a Natural Pain Relieving Gel Instead

Next, consider that pain relieving gels or other topically remedies have an advantage over pills. Pills or other oral (by mouth) medications enter the bloodstream via the digestive system; therefore everywhere your blood goes in your body, those areas will also receive the effects of the medication, whether or not it is needed.

Chemical v. Herbal Ingredients

Another important consideration when choosing a remedy for pain is whether the remedy might cause more problems than it helps.

This is often the case when medications introduce harsh chemicals to the body, especially alcohol or petroleum based compounds in pain relieving gels. Many people are allergic to the common pain relief medications.

Taking too much pain relieving medication can also begin to harm your liver or your kidneys.

If an effective, natural remedy made from tried and true herbal ingredients can be found to do the job, why risk using the man made, manufactured products with the synthetic ingredients?

What are You Really Buying?

The last consideration in choosing a remedy for pain is the value. Are you getting the best quality product, the most effectiveness for the price?

Be sure to compare the active ingredients to the ingredients included solely for appearance, volume and freshness. In the case of many top selling pain relieving gels, water is a major ingredient. You may be paying for ingredients you want or need in that mass produced remedy.

There is only one pain relieving gel that is only natural pain relieving ingredients with no added water, Ramedica Herbal Wonder Balm. When stacked up against the more well know brands, such as Biofreeze or Flexall it comes out far ahead.
