Paint.Net is great, and it's free! We use it for our artwork on Cafepress. Love the magic wand, which when combined with the layering feature offers some impressive graphic design options. Also like the transparency and gradient tools with layers, to create surreal backgrounds. In short, Paint.net enhances a creative person's artistic productivity. Nice lens.
