    A very interesting lens, I think I know the basics but have always eaten and drunk what I know I like. Maybe I will try to be a little more discerning with my choice of pairing and see if it improves my enjoyment. Well presented lens.

    It is always good to pair Fine Wine and cheese after hard working day. I think that this is one of the best ways to relax and forget about daily stress. Thank you for this amazing lens and Cheers.

    I love your lens - inspiring and useful. I am sharing a fine Italian wine a Roero (nebbiolo grape) with a few friends tomorrow and looking for a couple of good cheeses to serve with it.

    I am almost sorry that I don't drink, at all. But, cheese is a different matter all together. I would love to try some of the Italian cow's milk Bleu cheese. It is my favorite cheese, besides Gorganzola and Brie.
