Directions on Shipping
US shipping - For small packages Priority Mail by the USPS works out best - they even give you the box and it is two to three day service. For packages over 3 pounds UPS is best.
International shipping - Air Mail is the best choice however it is not traceable and can take longer then expected at times. The worst case is it accidentally goes by ship, which will take significantly longer. You can clearly write Air Mail on all package sides, which will minimize potential problems.

I ended up buying an M515 off of ebay. Being in Australia, by the time I posted it over and got it back it probably would have cost the same as this second hand unit. Posted November 14, 2007 |

I believe it is a hardware problem. Palm devices a re notorious for having miss registrations on the touch pad. I'm afraid you will need to replace the touch sensitive surface. You can contact Chris directly for a price quote. He is very good and very fast with repairs. Good luck. Posted March 28, 2007 |

Is there a user fix to get a palm (m130) to calibrate properly? Mine won't. It's about a cm off on the vertical. And when I try recalibrating it keeps going over and over and over. To the point where I didn't use it for a year. The kids play with it now, but it's annoying to them too. Posted March 28, 2007 |
