panda corydoras catfish

Panda corydoras is one of the sub-species of corydoras catfish. The performance is not different with another cory catfish. Panda has color like Panda bear. It has moustaches near its mouth. It has dominant pink color and few black strips. There is a strip across its eye. The line make Panda look like Zorro. Another black strip is near caudal fin and dorsal fin.
This fish length is only two inch or five cm. this shy fish live at the bottom of aquarium. They rarely swim at the upper tank. This fish come from Central America. They live at basin water. They like stay at canopy forest that protect from light.
The panda has peaceful behavior. They are not fin nippers. Until today, I have never read any report that proves the cory is fin nipper. The compatible fish for cory is danios, rasboras and tetra. Panda could live up to 10 years but most owners care this fish only 2 to 5 years.
