If You Have Suffered From One I Bet You have Said What is an Anxiety Attack
What is an anxiety attack? The first thing you need to do to figure out what something is is to define it from a place like Dictionary.com
The sudden onset of intense anxiety, characterized by feelings of intense fear and apprehension and accompanied by palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating, and trembling.
Like the definition out of the dictionary says anxiety is the FEELING of fear which can very from person to person and can be triggered by almost anything. The fear is so incredible that it can actually cause physical problems ranging from uncontrollable sweating and trembling to shortness of breath among other things.
If you have only had one attack or you suffer from anxiety attacks, or sometimes called a panic attack, the definition might not be the most important thing in the world to you but how it makes you feel probably is. Some people have such bad symptoms that they feel like they are on the verge of a heart attack but that is honestly not the case.
When you are hit with frequent attacks it might be part of a larger problem called an anxiety disorder which will often bring someones live to a screeching halt and cripple them from normal day-to-day lives. For people that suffer from anxiety attack you might feel trapped and that there is no way out of the cycle of fear that you might find your life in. Often times when panic attacks strike you will be caught by complete surprise.
Generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder are some other types of problems that are grouped into the same family as anxiety attacks and disorders.
These disorders can all come from related triggers and issues but the problems are all still very real for the people that suffer from them. While they are all grouped together they all have their own specific symptoms and related problems.
Many people thru out the world, and especially in the U.S., suffer from anxiety attacks at one point or another in their lives and need to know how to help themselves in these cases. So now the next time someone asks you "What is an anxiety attack" you will have the information to help them out whether they are a friend, family, or some complete stranger.

Some Background behind Panic Attack Disorder
In the early 1900s two men pioneered research into the true nature of emotion and its relationship to the physical body, symptoms and illness and came up with a number of definitive conclusions. Those men were Carl Lange and William James. These two men's work forms the foundation of modern emotional psychology.
The most important conclusion they came to forms the foundation for our understanding of how emotions are created, and what incredible physical impact thoughts can have on our bodies and health.
Their research concluded that an external catalyst, say a wild bear, is detected by your sensory organs and the body reacts with physical changes (anxiety symptoms) WITHOUT any conscious thoughts or emotions; in other words, the emotion of fear we experience during the anxiety response is physical and not emotional.
To demonstrate what I mean by this, next time you feel anxious, strip away all of the physical sensations you experience and you will find that nothing is left the physical sensations ARE your experience of emotion!
There's no secret, every single anxiety disorder, panic attack, phobia, OCD & PTSD sufferer on this planet has a condition that is caused and perpetuated by the same single thing; this thing is called the Amygdala, it's a small almond shaped organ in the brain that CONTROLS the physical responses of anxiety (the symptoms you feel), this fact has been known for many years and is common knowledge amongst scientists world over. No matter how bad your symptoms are, no matter how long you have had anxiety disorder, this tiny organ is 100% responsible. IT is the cause of your anxiety; not stress, bereavement or life circumstances they are just the triggers for the anxiety.

Control Your Panic Attack Disorder with Simple and Natural Remedies
Many people visit the emergency room because of panic attack disorder because they feel as though they are having a heart attack. Stress and anxiety can be found in just about any person. Many people experience stress and anxiety so great that they can't do their day to day activities.
There are some symptoms for daily panic attack such as trembling, dizziness, breathing problems, and stomach pain.
Indeed these are very scary symptoms but they however are not life threatening at all
To help yourself in gaining control over your panic attacks you need to first recognize what the triggers are of the panic attacks. If you happen to do this then it will give you time to deal with them
Relaxation methods can help you stay focused and can calm you too. Breathing techniques, yoga, and meditation can help you remain relaxed. Diet pills, coffee, tea, soda and other intake of caffeine needs to be avoided at all means. Panic attacks are triggered from the central nervous system and caffeine stimulates it.
