The Causes Of An Attack

    Even though an anxiety attack can be quite an extremely scarey event to the individual that is experiencing the bipolar panic attack, it is crucial that the individual realizes that the anxiety attack is actually a quite harmless event even though the symptoms they are experiencing probably don't feel that way.
