Panic Disorder Symptoms

P anic disorder is a more serious condition than a panic attack even though they can be both triggered without any reason.

However, there is a much deeper cause of the attack and is more often related with severe depression, drug or alcohol addition.

A panic attack may be a reaction to severe stress-related situations or events. They usually happen once or twice in a person's lifetime.

If such attacks happen frequently, then you are talking about a panic disorder already.

It would be best to know the different Panic Disorder Symptoms since they can really take as much as ten minutes before the event simmers down:

* Difficulty of breathing
* Palpitations
* Intense feeling of fear or terror
* Dizziness or fainting spells
* Profuse sweating
* Tingling sensation or numbness of fingers and toes


These symptoms are very much encountered by people having panic attacks but what differentiates a disorder from mild attack is the persistent fear that they will be having those attacks again.
