Panic and Anxiety Attacks - My Last Attack
This Particular Attack Although Humorous Now, Was The Beginning Of A Cure For Me.

The last attack I had was by far the funniest full blown panic and anxiety attack that I have ever experienced. It started at about 5:30 am just as my husband drove away to work. No sooner had I closed the door, the dizziness began to plaque me.
Now I live deep in the woods and when I say deep, I mean DEEP! I do have a neighbor about 1/4 mile up my driveway, of course I really did not know them since I never left my house. Anyway, I started to feel extremely agitated and nervous. I knew this old familiar feeling and yet I was still unable to calm down. The more I tried to breath, the less I could get air. My breathing coupled with the shaking were out of control and I felt at this point that I needed to call for immediate help.
Of course as fate would have it on this particular morning, the phone was out from a storm that had occurred the night before. This further sent me into a frenzy of panic.
Panic and Anxiety Attacks - My First Escape Attempt
Beware Of Stray Dogs Lurking!

Suddenly, I get this hair-brained idea that I must get to the neighbor's house before I die. Of course I was not dying, this is just a symptom that is typical of panic and anxiety attacks. I knew this, but I could not convince myself to believe it.
Unfortunately as luck would have it again, it was too dark outside to trek 1/4 mile up my driveway in the woods. So, I suffered another two agonizing hours, pacing around talking to myself about calming down. The moment it was light enough to see, This chick was headed up the driveway, purse in hand.
Low and behold at the end of my driveway through the woods (a little over 1/8 of a mile), I run into none other than a stray large growling dog from heck. I mean this thing was glaring at me with his fangs exposed. So, I turned and eased my way back down the driveway ever so slowly until I was out of the dog's view. Then I ran and I can promise you, I could have beat a marathon runner back to my house on this day.
Panic and Anxiety Attacks - My Second Escape Attempt
Caution - There Is Wild Life In The Woods!

Here I am in the house again with no working phone, my heart is racing from the run and the panic attack is steadily getting worse. I felt like I was trapped in my own home from the psycho stray dog from heck and I was totally frustrated and angry at this point. I made up my mind that I was getting to the neighbor's house one way or the other.
I went to my husband's gun cabinet and looked at all of his hunting rifles. Too big to tote over my shoulder and approach a neighbor I did not know. I just wanted something to fire in the air and scare the dog with, if it was still there. I chose a 9mm hand gun that would fit nicely inside my purse. I seriously entertained the idea of a shoulder holster for the weapon and a jacket, of course it was only 98 degrees outside and that would be cause enough for alarm from any stranger. So, I stuck the weapon in my purse and back down the driveway I went. I swear, I wasn't three feet into my journey when I saw the fattest wild sow on the planet crossing the driveway from the woods in front of me. She stopped and I stopped, I began to reach in my purse for the weapon and the big pig took off back into the woods. At that very moment, I heard the pig jump a bunch of deer in the woods and by golly out they came into the driveway.
That was it, I went right back into the house, again. I waited for a moment as I was pacing around the house and looked out the window down my long driveway, my only escape route at this point and I could not handle another dramatic event. Then without warning, the phone rang. I almost went into shock and I swear I was already there.
Panic and Anxiety Attacks - The Rescue
Medical Bills Can Cause Anxiety As Well :(

Now that my phone was finally working, I called and had an ambulance dispatched. Staying on the phone for the whole hour until they arrived, helped me to relieve some of the fear and tension.
When I arrived at the hospital, my blood pressure was very elevated from the panic and anxiety attack itself and my potassium was low. I was admitted for observation and tested further for any potential underlying medical problems. Of course, everything was negative and I was released the next afternoon.
I knew that my panic and anxiety attacks were a direct result of three tragic losses I had experienced 16 years earlier, one being the loss of my first born 4 month old son to a major car accident. I needed help now. I was over being the victim of my own pain. I searched all over to find a natural way to begin dealing with my attacks, one that had hundreds of reviews and testimonials and I finally came across a product that has worked for me.
Again and I emphasis this very strongly, do not order anything and use it from anyone until you see your physician first! Self diagnosis can be dangerous.
I guess the moral of my story here to you is, that the symptoms of panic and anxiety attacks are very real to the sufferer. Although they usually pose no serious physical harm, they can and sometimes do alter a person's lifestyle, often to great extremes. For the sufferer, I wanted to convey that you are not alone and you are not crazy. I also felt that maybe this story could give parents, friends and loved ones a real point of view when it comes down to attempting to understand what may be happening inside emotionally to the person suffering from panic and anxiety attacks.
It is important if at all possible, to attempt to deal with panic and anxiety attacks as soon as possible. This way you may be able to avoid some of this same type of drama from happening to you. Thank you for reading and God Bless.
Warning
It is very important for anyone experiencing the symptoms of panic and anxiety attacks to consult a physician first. This will help to rule out any potential medical problems that may have similar symptoms.
If your physician agrees that you are experiencing panic and anxiety, then you may consider the information I am sharing about what has actually worked for me.
