- Thanks for sharing this lens and your life. I know several people who have had similar experiences, but I have never understood it to the level you describe. It gives me a new appreciation.

- I am sorry for the loss of your son.
My feeling is that going outside in the country is dangerous, during a panic attack, because the scent of your fear can be detected by animals. Your animal encounters were amazing - good thing you didn't run into a bear - a great story though. 5* Was that a sow or a wild boar?
I have had two panic attacks. Unlike your attacks, I hyperventilate and have found that recognizing the attack for what it is, and deep breathing, will restore equilibrium and end the panic attack. Both attacks were terrifying and both were very different.

- First of all, I am so happy that you got rid of the panic attacks that plagued you for 16 years. That is a long time! And I absolutely agree with you that everyone who are experiencing these types of symptoms should see their doctor first to rule out more serious underlying causes...
