Do You Suffer From Panic Attack Anxiety?

I know, you are probably thinking that I just made that term up - and you are right. I don't know if there is a real medical definition of what I call panic attack anxiety, but I do know that it is something that is very real for alot of people - myself included.

So, what exactly is panic attack anxiety? To put it simply, it describes the feeling of always fearing that you will be struck with another panic attack. Always being afraid that it will happen when you are in public, at an important event - or even that it will happen when you are alone.

There really is no better way to describe it, but if you have ever suffered from panic attacks, you will know exactly what I am talking about.

So many people focus only on the symptoms and the actual panic attack itself - but what about that fear that you live with all the time, even when you are not experiencing an actual panic attack at the time?

It is so important to get to the root of the problems regarding panic attacks, and often medication alone just does not deal with these issues. Medication can help to control the frequency of panic attacks happening, perhaps, but they will most likely still happen. And, you can just never know when. That is why so many people suffer through the anxiety of worrying about having another one!

I feel very passionate about the program that helped me get over my panic attacks, and showed me how to control my anxieties of having another one. My life has been turned around, and I don't think I could have done it without this program.

If you suffer from panic attack anxiety, you owe it to yourself to go to my site where I will give you my personal story, as well as an indepth review of the Panic Away treatment program that has helped me get my life back.

Real Panic Attack Symptoms

Are you having an anxiety attack? Do you need to know what real panic attack symptoms are? Truthfully, there are many, and panic attacks will most likely affect everyone differently to a certain degree.

I will give you some of my own personal panic attack symptoms I suffered from to give you a better understanding of what a panic attack feels like:

*Pounding/racing heart I actually felt like my heart was beating so hard it was going to explode, and the more I noticed it, the harder and faster it pounded.

*Dizziness Feeling of being very light headed and about to pass out.

*Feeling hot and clammy I would feel like I was overheating and my skin actually felt clammy to touch.

*Sore Chest/Chest Pain I went to emergency on 2 occasions because I was sure I was having a heart attack - the pain was so bad.

*Numbness/Tingling My arms felt incredibly heavy and numb, normally my left arm which contributed to my feeling as though it was heart related.

*Feeling detached/disoriented This one is a bit difficult to explain. I often would feel that I was watching this happen to myself, but that I wasn't really there.

*Needed to get away If my panic attack occurred in public, I had the extreme urge that I needed to get away from everyone. I felt as though everyone was looking at me, and noticing my distress.

*Feeling of dread/impeding doom Although it may be hard for anyone to imagine unless they have experienced one for themselves, the awful feeling that you are about to die, or that something bad is happening is very real to someone having a panic attack. It can be extremely scary to go through.

There are other symptoms that others have as well - as I said these are just some of my own that I used to endure when I would suffer a panic attack.

If any of these describe how you have felt, please get the help you deserve. Living with panic attacks is awful, and no one deserves to have to live with them throughout their lives. There is help - you just need to be willing to take it.

Tips For Panic Attacks

I wish I could offer some great tips for panic attacks, that will cure you and make everything better - but I can't do that. I can offer you some advice, and I hope that you will take it.

If you are feeling that you are under stress, or that you are having difficutly coping with things in your life, don't ever be afraid to reach out for help. Ask a friend or family member for help, talk to them and tell them exactly how you are feeling.

If you don't have anyone to talk to, seek guidance from a trusted professional - and it doesn't need to be a therapist if that is out of your price range. Just find a clergy member, or volunteer that can offer a shoulder.

The build up of stress and anxiety in our lives contributes to the overwhelming number of people suffering from panic attacks every day.

And, if you feel one coming on - get help! Don't be afraid to tell your partner, or a friend or anyone else you are close to what exactly is going on. Let them help get you through it. Keep interacting with them, so that the panic can't get such a strong hold on you. If you are alone - get on the phone.

Suffering through a panic attack is so hard, and it can cripple you if you let it. Don't let panic attacks take over your life. I am so glad that I sought out treatment, and found a program that worked so well for me. It may not work for everyone, but you know what - even if it helps you to learn to control your anxiety and cut down on the attacks you are having, it will be worth giving a try.

There are many success stories that you will read at the site - and they are from real people like me who have used this program to deal with panic attacks. The program is called Panic Away, and it has helped so many people.

I hope you will take my advice - I am not just trying to sell you something (this isn't my program or guide!). I just wanted to share with you how my life has been changed, and hope that yours will be too.
