Here are some tips for panic attacks
1. Acknowledge the fact that you have a problem - Even though panic attacks a very stressful and uncomfortable, unless you acknowledge that you have a problem, you will never be able to help yourself.2. Take some medication - In the era we are in today, there are many ways to help you combat anxiety and panic attacks. Go see your doctor and find out what treatment options there are to help you overcome panic attacks.
3. Tell people close to you - Keeping something like this inside you really hurts. By telling someone close to you about your anxiety problems, they can help take some of the weight off your shoulder.
4. You're not alone - You're not the only one in the world who suffers from panic attacks, go online and search for a forum where people share the same problem as you. By giving each other help and tips, you will be able to overcome panic attacks much easier in the future.
5. Face the pain head on - Just like anything in life, if you avoid it, the problem will be much worse. When a panic attack happens, don't try and avoid it but face it head on. This will help you overcome the panic attack much quicker.
6. Learn breathing techniques - When in the middle of a panic attack, breathe through your nose very slowly to balance the ratio between of carbon dioxide and oxygen in your body. This will make the panic attack pass a lot quicker and keeps your head clear.

- I have suffered with panic attacks for over 11 years. I definatley know that these tips are very helpful. Well written, good job. If all of us that have suffered with panic attacks show that we did not give in, hopefully that will give "NEW" panic attack sufferers the hope they need to climb out and rejoin the world. God Bless
