This course works!

What are Panic Attacks?

Simple question but complicated answer!

Panic Attacks are frightening but fortunately physically harmless episodes. They can occur at random or after a person is exposed to various events that may "trigger" a panic attack. They peak in intensity very rapidly and go away with or without medical help.

  • People experiencing panic attacks may fear they are dying, that they are suffocating, or that they are having a heart attack. They may voice fears that they are "going crazy" and seek to remove themsleves from whatever situation they may be in.

  • Some people may begin breathing very rapidly and complain that their "hearts are jumping around in their chest." Then, within about an hour, the symptoms fade away.

  • About 5% of the population will experience panic attacks during their lifetimes. People who have repeated attacks require further evaluation from a mental health professional. Panic attacks can indicate the presence of panic disorder, depression, or other forms of anxiety-based illnesses.

Control your Panic Attacks

Learn how to take control...

Common techniques such as relaxation and breathing exercises can be very effective at reducing general anxiety levels but they do not go to the very heart of the matter.

The people the course works for have usually tried all those familiar techniques and are now looking for something more effective. Something that will really accelerate their recovery.

Something that will stop them having to ever have another worry about anxiety again.

Here is a program that tackled the anxiety on two fronts:

1) The elimination of all Panic Attacks.

2) Reduce the persons general anxiety that causes the unwanted thoughts and everyday anxiety.

Panic Attacks are Misunderstood

.....and very disruptive to a normal life

Research in Ireland has shown that 90% of the population feels anxiety disorders are disruptive conditions, believing them to be more disruptive than conditions such as arthritis, diabetes and asthma.

The study also shows that although over half of people surveyed were aware of anxiety disorders, 66% of people think these disorders are not understood, with 29% believing they are a state of mind and not an illness.

Despite 64% of people thinking there is a social stigma attached to anxiety disorders, 86% think it important that it is openly discussed, yet 50% of people would find it difficult to talk to a health professional if they thought they were suffering from the condition.

Types of Panic Attacks

There are more than you think......

The following is a list of some types of conditions that can lead to Panic Attacks:

  • Adjustment Disorder
  • Panic Disorder
  • Phobias
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
  • Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder
  • Anxiety Disorder Caused by
  • Other General Medical
  • Conditions
