Paper Quilling
Paper Quilling also known as Paper Filigree is the craft of coiling strips of paper and glueing to make simple or intricate shapes and designs. These shaped coils can be used to decorate cards, scrapbooks, boxes, eggs or tags and can also be made into Christmas decorations or even more complex stand alone figures.
