Paraliminals are audio CDs from Learning Strategies Corporation. They target both the conscious and unconscious mind using audio tones and language to create new neural connectors in the brain. The purpose of paraliminals is to help the listener achieve a deep meditative state, increase energy vibrational levels and overcome obstacles to improve various areas of one's life. The CDs incorporate Holosync, a technology developed by the Centrepoint Research Institute to allow the user to achieve the benefits of extremely deep, long-term meditation more rapidly.

There are currently two versions of paraliminals offered: Traditional and Sonic Access.

The newest version of paraliminals, called Sonic Access, was released in 2007. Presented in a completely new format, these CDs incorporate Qigong and Feng Shui with state-of-the-art audio technology to target changes in four areas: Success, Relationships, Health and Spiritual Growth. Learning Strategies claims that these CDs raise the actual vibrational level of the user, allowing you, through the universal law of attraction, to attract more of what you desire with ease.

I have only listened to these CDs over the course of a few weeks, but I already wholeheartedly recommend them. I have been a meditator for five years and had already reached spiritual bliss, so I know a good meditation when I experience one!

The meditative quality I reach through these CDs is as deep if not deeper than traditional mantra-based meditation. In addition, I can literally feel waves of energy freeing flowing through my body during the listening sessions. During the Success CD, you can also expect to feel your arms or other parts of your body actually vibrating. I kid you not. Imagine running a massage wand turned on the high setting over your arms. My clients purchased these CDs as well, and reported the same results. That all of these can be achieved through audio tones is utterly amazing.

Paraliminals also come in a traditional format, which provides deep meditation and changes brain wave patterns. Essentially, there's a paralminal for every ill, from Prosperity to Health to Self-Confidence to just about any other obstacle you can think of. I highly recommend these as well (all of my clients have purchased them and love them) for achieving meditative states and creating a better future for yourself.

Let me explain some actual results achieved by me and my clients. Before going to a party, where I normally would feel some social anxiety, I listened to the Self-Esteem Supercharger paraliminal. At the party, I felt completely at ease, and rattled of zinger after zinger, leaving everyone in stitches. While I do have a good sense of humor, this type of comedic effect does not usually happen unless I'm with very close friends.

A client of mine listened to the Instantaneous Personal Magnetism paraliminal three times during a one week period. Her intention was to meet her life partner and start a family.
