Paranoia and fearful states of mind.

Self-Harm, Anxiety, Social Phobia, Paranoia, Panic Attacks, Lack of Self Confidence, Low Self Esteem, fear of flying, eating disorders and depression are some of the most common causes of concern that we deal with.

We have been providing therapy in the community for the effects of such stressful conditions for many years here at The Paloma Centre in Banbury in Oxfordshire.

Our aim has always been to help clients find their own way of living their life in a more complete, satisfying and resourceful manner through the use of a variety of life enhancing and performance improving therapies.

The Paloma Centre, a UKCP regulated practice, is a personal growth and therapy centre which provides an holistic approach to emotional healing and personal development, utilising aspects of psychotherapy, behavioural and person-centred therapies Counselling aligned with Hypnotic, EFT, NLP and Life Coaching techniques where appropriate. CBT is also effective with depressive states and is much in demand.

Keeping abreast of developments in therapy we have recently added Meridian Energy Therapies to the Practice which, in combination with other therapies, deal very effectively with the negative emotions surrounding fear and anxiety.
