Crispy Chicken Wings without the grease or the mess!
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Total Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
- Parchment paper
- Chicken wings
- Fish Crisp
- Franks Red Hot Sauce
- Butter
- Vinegar
- Clubhouse mesquite spice
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350
Line baking pan with parchment paper
Coat chicken wings with Fish Crisp
Bake wings until golden and crispy, turn at least once to ensure both sides are baked evenly
In a small sauce pan, melt 1/4cup of butter, add 1 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce, 1 dash of Clubhouse mesquite spice, and 1tbsp of vinegar.
Toss wings in sauce as soon as they come out of the oven and VOILA.... yummy bufallo wings!!!

- I'd like to know a little more about how to use parchment paper and why it works. I didn't know you could use it with things like wings. That's great to know? Can I use it on any of my baking sheets? At any temperature?
