How To Do A Cheat Gainer
Some people confuse a cheat gainer with kick the moon, but the difference between the two when doing Parkour tricking is that a cheat gainer is done more to the side and kick the moon is done with more of a J-step. To start out practicing a cheat gainer you want to practice a switch hook kick and a corkscrew.
1. When you are ready to attempt it take 1, 2, 3 steps and plant your foot firmly. It is extremely important to plant your foot firmly so you will be able to have enough control to get as much height as possible.
2. Swing your leg straight up, swing your arms to help boost your body and get your hips into the motion too. Keep your right leg swinging through the entire move from the moment it leaves the ground to the time it comes back down. You'll shift from right leg to left as you land, but your right leg will come back to the ground quickly as well to balance yourself and cushion your landing.
3. After you have left the ground you want to turn your head and spot your landing and come back down onto your left leg.
You can start to practice this move from the scoop position if it helps you get more moment to launch your body into the air. Just as before, use a spotter when you are first practicing this move it will help you a lot to master this skill faster.

Easy Parkour Tricks
How to Run Up and Over a Wall
This is one of the most basic Parkour tricks you can start with. To perform this move, run towards a wall with a little speed. Take off with your left leg about a meter and a half away from the wall. Put your right foot on the wall and push up. Throw your upper body upwards to gain height and kick downwards with the foot on the wall, look up at the target ledge. Prepare your take-off leg to come up into a cat-leap style grab. Get your left leg high on the wall so you can get your elbows above the ledge. Now get your leg on the wall by leaning on the opposite arm. Clear the wall and move onto your next move.
