- Very good information. My wife and I support a Bonzai Parrot Rescue run by Squidoo lensmaster AcornHaven and his wife. Parrots tend to live a long time many times longer then there owners and need new homes. AcornHaven can tell some sad stories of how Parrots were treated but also many happy ones when they find good homes.
