Parrotlets - Small Birds with a Big Bird Attitude

Parrotlets are a species of miniature parrots, about 41/2-5 inches long. They are fast becoming very popular pets. They have all the intelligence and attitude of larger parrots, but their size makes them great birds for apartments. Parrotlets don't have the loud screech that stops many people from owning a parrot.  They have an average life span of 20 years or more.
Parrotlets can learn to talk, whistle tunes and obey commands like most parrots.
