These unique kids Halloween party invitations for older children cost almost nothing and require no artistic talent, but they are effectively spooky!
1. All you need are some old newspapers and magazines, sheets of white paper, white letter envelopes, scissors and glue.
2. Decide on an appropriate message for your kids Halloween party invitations. Be sure to include all the details of your party (date, time, address, etc).
3. 'Write' out your message by cutting out individual letters from the magazines and newspaper headlines, and gluing them to the white paper. True to the scary Halloween spirit, your party invitations will look like ransom notes!

If you can allow the birthday girl to help make the invitations. Once you decide on a theme for the party, you will know what type of invitations you want. Let's look at an examples.

Using your computer add the party information at the bottom of the photo before you print it or write it on the back and place in an envelope and mail it!Kids party invitation ideas are so much fun to make just be sure to choose a theme the birthday girl likes and allow her to help. Kids Birthday Party Invitations for Boys and Girls
Kids birthday invitations for boys and girls can be almost anything such as a circus, safari, themed characters (Disney), sports team, cheerleaders, Luau, pirates, come as your favorite animal, and numerous more themes can be chosen from.
Circus Invitation - To create a circus invitation you will need lots of color! Of course most people think of clowns when they think of the circus but don't forget about the wild animals, the food and even the tent (Big Top) all of these can create awesome invitations. My personal favorite is a collection of all of them. Using a large piece of colorful paper (printer paper will work fine.) Either draw/trace on your big top and leave the front open so you can add all of the clowns, food, and animals inside. You can also use pictures you can cut out form magazines if you cannot draw. If there was ever a great place to use glitter now is your chance. Write all the information on the back or along the top and bottom of the big top!You can find some super special Gender Neutral Kids Birthday Party Invitations here.

Children's Luau Party Invitations
Luau party invitation ideas for a child's party will be a little different than that of any adult's party.
Basic Invitation - Using a piece of paper of your choice (the brighter the better) you can either use the whole sheet of paper or fold it into the size you want. Using your flip-flop stencil trace it on the paper and cut it out. Select another piece of paper and glue the flip-flop on it. On the (non flip-flop space), write your party information. Now decorate your flip-flop using the glitter and makers. If you choose to use the sunglasses or a large sun, do the same thing as the flip-flop.
Ocean Invitation - These are fun to make but do require a little more time. Using an entire sheet of blue paper (specific color your choice) You can either draw ocean waves or whatever scene you want on or use your computer and find free clip art and print it and cut it out and glue it on to the paper. Use ocean animal stickers to liven it up some and don't forget to add a little luau dancer or two to the scene. It's your party so put whatever you like on your invitation.
