Btw, re the bamboo disposable alternative to picnic ware, be sure you compost it rather than throwing it in the land fill. Land fills these days are closed systems to prevent chemical leakage into soil and groundwater. Those bamboo plates won't decompose there.

Hi Partybluprints, cool lens. I really enjoyed some articles here. I have also created my lens , as well website on American idol. hope you don't mind if I brag about it , as bragging is acceptable here ;). Here ya go , American Idol returns for a sixth season and promises to be the biggest season to date. It all begins January 16, 2007 with a double premiere. Idolites can expect this season to began with the normal highs and lows as Paul, Randy, and Simon weed through grueling days trying to find the scattered performers ( a term used loosely) that actually have talent. Truly informative lens full of useful tips and info. I didn't know about grapeseed oil. I'll give it a try! Love the environmental story about the manufacturers' use of leftover oil in their biodiesel vehicle. Thank you especially for "When eating a fruit, think of the person who planted the tree."

Grape seed oil: I would only use it cold, never for fry or grill due to the high amount of unsaturated fat acids.
I use rape oil (cold pressed) for frying/grilling, for salads I use olive oil (virgin cold pressed)sometimes I use walnut oil in salads with carrots as the main ingredients. Cheers
