The Pasquini Livia 90 Espresso allows you to easily use and control your machine with it's control on the front which consists of a switch for the main power and two indicator lights. The green light will let you know the power is on and the other lights up orange to show that the boiler is heating. There is a boiler pressure gauge below the main control panel,it shows when the pressure in the boiler is at the best level for brewing your espresso.

This panel is also equipped with three-buttons on a control pad that activate the automatic brewing feature. When you press the first button it allows you to make a single shot of espresso, second button makes a double shot of espresso. The third button will allow you to program how many espressos each button will make, as well as serving as a manual shut off for the pump if you would want to interrupt the cycle.

The hot water valve dispenses hot water from the faucet which is located on the right side of the control panel. When you want to dispense steam, open the steam valve that is on the left side of the control panel. Steam will then dispense from the steam wand that is on the left side of the machine.

Another great convenience with the Pasquini Livia 90 Espresso is the heated cup area. We all know that heated cups are very important in the espresso making process and this polished stainless steel cup-stacking surface allows you to heat your cups with ease.
