Methods Of Passing Kidney Stones

It is said that about 90% of kidney stones can pass through the urinary tract by drinking copius amounts of water. When I first started getting kidney stones (I had them for about 10 years and have easily passed a dozen), my doctor asked me to drink only water over a period of 3 days and collect my urine in a bucket device (which the doctor gave me). The idea was to see if I would pass a stone during those 3 days. Ughhh... it didn't happen.

There is an exercise to passing kidney stones which does work for some and it is basically called the jump method. The idea is to drink a couple of pints (32 ounces total) of lukewarm water over a period of about 10 minutes and let the water settle. After about half an hour, you are going to do the jumping method. It involves jumping off the ground a couple of inches and landing stiffly with your legs/knees locked as best as you can. This sorta jars your body and you should do about 10 of these as one set. After about 10 minutes after completing the first set, you can go to the bathroom. However you will be doing a set of 10 jumps every 5 minutes til you've reached one hour after taking that first sip of water. Make sense?
