Setting up your Passive Income Business isn't hard, but takes some creativity on your part and a common sense approach. It all starts with researching your market and to find the products that sell. Research is the key to your success and through the methods I will show you, will get you started the proper way. To find out what is selling, I will use Clickbank as an illustration. If you don't know already, Clickbank is a digital market Place. So go over to Clickbank.com, on the top Click on Market Place, a search function will appear, I choose Health and Fitness under category and under sub category I choose Womens Health, and under Gravity, I choose High Gravity. Gravity tells you the percentage of how many people sold that product recently, and the Top Product is Pregnancy Miracle, and I am sure this is a hot seller for women that can't get pregnant.

Using the Gravity index you will be able to find digital products that sell but also are low in competition. Now there are more places to find out what is selling, here are just a few:

1) Amazon.com
2) google.com/trends
3) pulse.ebay.com

Now, in order to make your income passive, you will need how to get on page #1 of Google with the less amount of competition as possible, and using this method will take some time but you need to know how to find keywords that get searched and are low in competition.

Keyword research using Google's Tools. You will have to open up 2 separate google pages in your browser, so do www.google.com, then again. In the search bar type in keyword tool, the click on the adwords keyword tool. Now that the adwords tool is open, on the left of the screen, put a dot in "Descriptive Words or Phrases" and on the right in the box that says "enter one keyword or Phrase", we will concentrate on entering a phrase, because its less competitive. Remember our topic was on Pregnancy. So in the box we want to find low competition keyword phrases for pregnancy or pregnant. You want to find keywords that have between 500-2000 searches per month. I came up with this keyword "How to get Pregnant Video"

Now you have the Keyword Phrase, you want to find out, how many competitors you will have for the this term. In your other Google window, in the search bar you will want to type in using Quotes,like so "how to get pregnant video" and you will see there are 50,600 other competing sites for that term. 50,000 is the highest you want to go, ideally you will want to be below 10,000 in competition. Now at least you have an idea on how to do it.

Tip when you find your market, let say its, pets, you will want to get descriptive as possible, so going a step further you want to market pet training for dogs. So instead of searching for keywords for dog training, search for words like german shepherd obedience training. Just try to get it down to the specifics, because this is where you will find the buyers for your products.

Now you know how to do research or at least have a good idea, now its time to create your pre-sell pages. You don't need to be a techie to do this or even know anything about programming stuff. Remember your first product will be your test product to see how well its goes for you. Now just remember the keywords you use, should always be your Topic, the name of your site and or url. Doing this it makes it google friendly and you will get a high ranking for it.

There are a ton of places online to make webpages, but for the sake of getting your page into google fast, use squidoo pages or hub pages. These sites get indexed fast by google and you don't need to know any techie stuff to make a nice quality page. When making pre-sell pages your delivering info to people of why they need it. So you will need a basic introduction, How it will benefit them, and a call to action at the bottom. A call to action is usually a affiliate link. All an affiliate is, you are promoting someone else's product and in turn they will give you a percentage of the proceed's. Just like a clickbank, just sign up for an account there, and you can promote any product you find in the market place. There are other place's to find affiliate product's as well. One of my recommendation's if you are going to market health products, I recommend market health, because the pay twice a month, and they pay very good, better than most.

Now its time to promote or market your page to the internet.

The first thing you will want to do, is join as many social networks as possible. In each of the networks they allow you to have links to your website's, squidoo or hub pages.

Submit your site to Social Bookmarking sites, remember the word tags are the same meaning as keywords. I use a utility called social poster, (socialposter.com) and you
can send your link to 160 social bookmark pages, this is very important because Google will pick this up fast and your site will be listed in google within 48 hours.

Another utility that will help you alot if you use squidoo pages is

This little tool will help you understand if your page is optimized for google and how to clean it up, if it isn't.

Squidoo pages are very powerful and you can make as many as you want, but stay away from home business, weight loss, or how to make money type of programs when your are promoting, due to the competition being in the millions and it will take for ever to get any substantial traffic or profits.

If your need content for your squidoo pages, I recommend using ezinearticles.com. You can go out there and review articles in your niche or market to get ideas on what to write about but DO NOT COPY these articles and paste them in your squidoo pages. This practice will just get you into trouble and give you a bad name online.

Additionally, you can write your own article's for promotion and most allow you to put one link at the bottom, its called a resource section of the article. Just make sure you read the editorial guidelines first before submitting articles or you can be banned very quickly. Articles are just an editorial about a topic, but these also get indexed in google very fast and can give you targeted traffic in your niche very fast. After your page is up try to post an article a day, and you will be in profits fast doing this, plus these articles never expire.
