Pasta Salad
Delicious Pasta with Pepperoni, chopped ham, ruby red ripe tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese, add to this a tangy Italian dressing, you will think you're in Italy on a lovely summer day.
This delicious zesty salad makes a wonderful luncheon plate served with crusty Italian bread and a glass of chilled red wine. Make a large bowl so that family can enjoy this salad to their fill. Even the littlest Italians will love a pasta antipasto salad.
This makes a wonderful salad to take to Pot Lunch luncheons or Sunday dinner with the family. Easy to prepare and so very healthy too.
Loaded with protein in the Pepperoni and ham as well as the Mozzarella cheese. It's so delicious no one will realize it's good for you too.
Pass the crunchy bread and the wine and enjoy a true Italian lite luncheon. With this salad you can easily believe you are on a Veranda in Italy and say "Buon appetito!"

Pasta Salad Recipe Directions
Quick and easy directions for this recipe!
- Serves: 12
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs seashell pasta
- 6 oz sliced black olives
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 4 oz chopped pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 3 chopped bunches green onions
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 16 oz bottle zesty Italian dressing
Instructions
Cook the pasta following the directions on the package, then drain it and let it cool.
It cools faster if you spread it over a tray or platter.
Combine the cooked pasta with the black olives, tomatoes, pepperoni, green olives, green onions and ham.
Before serving, add the shredded mozzarella and dressing.
Toss well and serve.
