This is my favorite pasta salad

There are many pasta salad recipes out there, but to me, this one is the perfect pasta salad!!! This recipe is extremely easy, and quick to make. What's also nice about it is its versatility. You can remove the veggies and add things that you like, and it still tastes terrific!

I got this recipe from a co-worker many years ago, and have been making it ever since. My family loves it, and every time I make it to take to a party or picnic, I get asked for the recipe. I get so many compliments on this pasta salad that I thought I would share it with all of you as well! I hope you like it as much as my family and I do!!!

You will need these ingredients to make this pasta salad:

1- box rotini noodles
1- 16 oz bottle Wish-Bone Italian salad dressing
1/2 bottle--McCormick Salad Supreme ( use more or less depending on what you like)
Parmesan cheese ( I just sprinkle it on until I think it tastes good)
1- container cherry or grape tomatoes (cut the tomatoes in half)
1- cucumber cut into quarters (add more or less to suit your taste)
1- package pepperoni cut into quarters ( I am not a fan of pepperoni, so I usually omit this)

*Note*--This pasta salad is best made the night before.

How to make the pasta salad

First thing you want to do is cook the noodles. Do this according to the directions on the rotini box. Remember to make the pasta al dente...you don't want soggy pasta salad! After the pasta is cooked and drained well, rinse it in cold water. Drain again! Put the rinsed and drained pasta in your favorite bowl...remember to use a bowl that is large enough to add all of the veggies!!! The bowl I use is 4.3L and is from the Tupperware Impressions collection. Next, add the salad dressing, stir, add the salad supreme, stir, then add the Parmesan cheese and stir again...you will be stirring this pasta salad a lot! After you have added these ingredients, cover and put in the fridge over night. This helps the pasta absorb the salad dressing, and the flavors from the Salad Supreme and Parmesan cheese. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and pepperoni right before you serve, or right before you leave for your party and stir again!!! This pasta salad will feed about 20 people. Again, you can add things to this pasta salad (such as shredded cheese, or cheese chunks) and you can remove anything you don't like (I omit the pepperoni because I don't like it). Enjoy!
