Pat Benatar is the tiny "Heartbreaker" who set the music world on fire with her huge singing voice.
Her power ballads and rock tunes were heard on radios everywhere during the 80's and are still favored by classic rock stations today.
Three reasons to love Pat Benatar
1. She's my hometown girl! Pat Benatar grew up on Long Island, in Lindenurst, NY. In fact, she's the most famous person to graduate from the Lindenhurst High School.2. Her strong, powerful singing voice put her at the top of the music charts in 1979 and kept her there throughout the 80's and well into the 90's.
3. Her video, You Better Run, was the second video ever played on MTV right behind, Video killed the Radio Star.
