Paul Chadwick - Strange Armor Indeed
Paul Chadwick is one of the most gifted and insightful writer in the comic industry. Of course, you come to comics for the art and he doesn't disappoint there either. He is a breath of fresh air with simple yet thoughtful line strokes and he has an incredible gift for conveying emotion with the simplest of gestures on a page. This is a skill he has honed while working with his most-prized creation, Concrete.
Paul is one of the few writer/artists I have collected faithfully not concerned with the character or circumstances. If Paul is involved I'm buying the product. I will be adding to this page in great detail so don't be discouraged if there isn't much here at the moment, there will be. 8/30/07
Paul Chadwick at a Glance
Paul Chadwick (born 1957) is an American comic book creator. He provided art for the Dazzler comic book, published by Marvel Comics, before creating his own character, Concrete. Concrete was first published by Dark Horse Comics in Dark Horse Presents issue 1, July 1986, and is still in publication today, with the story The Human Dilemma having recently been serialised in comic book format prior to eventual collection.
Chadwick has also written Gifts of the Night for DC Comics Vertigo imprint, for which John Bolton provided the art.
