UPDATE: I've tried all the knives now and it is only the bread knife that did not meet expectations...I was surprised that it took effort to slice through the crusty outside of this bread.

They have a nice weight without being too heavy and the knife block is heavy enough so it doesn't tip easily and is nicely made.

All in all a good value for a budget price.
