Paul Booth Tattoos
From the time I laid my eyes on my first Tattoo Magazine, I knew I wanted a Paul Booth Tattoo. The black and shades of gray work was unlike any that I have ever seen. His dark images of surrealism and his ability to make the tattoos appear like actual photographs etched on the skin would win him world wide recognition and notoriety.
After devoting nearly twenty years of his life to the art of tattoo, where he is revered for his efforts to elevate the medium into the realm of fine art, Paul Booth has become a common name in the world of Tattoo and Arts. His unparalleled dedication to the evolution of his craft has garnered him numerous awards around the globe, top tier magazine features and a long list of celebrities baring his Tattoos including bandmembers from Slayer, Slipknot, Mudvayne, Pantera, The Undertaker from the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment), and the list goes on. He has been dubbed "The New King of Rock Tattoos" by Rolling Stone Magazine.
Unfortunatly close to twenty years later, I never have got that Paul Booth Tattoo and at this point it seems highly unlikley that I ever will. Paul Booth now tattoos out of his own studio, Paul Booth's Last Rites Tattoo Theatre, in New York and on tour occasionally. His studio currently has a two year waiting list.
