Is Paul Broun Too Kooky to Survive in Congress?

Republican Congressman Paul Broun represents the 10th congressional district of Georgia - for now. However, Representative Broun has distinguished himself as one of the most kooky members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Supporting laws against efficient light bulbs, and sponsoring legislation to give human fertilized eggs the full legal protection afforded a person from the moment that a sperm penetrates the membrane of the egg cell, Paul Broun has shown that he is willing to take Republican ideology one step further, to embrace the most extreme positions, abandoning common sense for the sake of pandering to the fringe. In November, 2010, Congressman Broun faces re-election. Will he be able to keep his position, and prolong his political antics?

Paul Broun Says No To Fixing Dangerous Bridges

Why does Congressman Broun oppose safe bridges?

Just heard Congressman Broun on Crooks and Liars, and is this guy for real? He wants to make 2010 the year of the Bible, and went on to say America was founded on freedom. Guess he forgot we fought a war to free the slaves, or the Holocaust against the native people that went from sea to shining sea. How did the people in Georgia elect this clown? Is there too much flouride in your water? Paul Broun is a fool, and he makes the State of Georgia look like a state of inbred morons.
