OK, fellow Internet Marketers. This paypal button on a Squidoo page thing IS a little tricky!

Still, if you think THIS is difficult, just imagine how tough it would be to make money online if you had no way to get paid!!

So here's the "formula" -



Now here's what you will put into the "xxxxx" spots in the code.



Squidoo insists on making little changes in the HTML at times, when you save it. I don't know why. Don't panic...it seems not to matter.

Still, the three line code above is the EXACT CODE I used to get the paypal button to show up at the top of this module. So do it that way.

You should CHANGE the CODES or I'll get your money!

The Squidoo Lens called PayPal-Buttons-Step-By-Step explains in detail how to edit your button and get the code but for sake of clarity...here's a picture of the code right where PayPal gives it to you.



THAT will give you the image source code.

And the NEXT picture comes from the code that is displayed when the "email" tab is selected.



So THAT'S where you get the 2 "arms" of the code! The blue is from the "email' tab and the green is from the "website" code picture.

After I made this lens It occurred to me that you might be interested in selling things on the web! Duh!!!

If you need a paypal button then it's likely you have an offer you'd like to make to people, and, if they like what they see, they'll click on your button and go get it.

If you have never done this before, let me tell you, it is a real thrill. Getting paid that is!

But there is another thing you also have to have or no one will click your button! And that's crucial!

That crucial thing is traffic. People coming to your website. But not just any old people. People that want to buy what you have.

It's not going to work if you have a nice offer for towels and the people coming to your site don't want towels.

If you want to sell towels you have to "sort" your traffic out into those who want towels and those who don't. This is one of the benefits off sales on the net.

It's also the reason so many merchants have gotten rich. And so many went broke.

That's how "Key" it is!

It's done by way of "keywords". Keywords are search terms. I avoided keywords at first because I didn't "get it" and it cost me dearly. You don't want to do that, do you?
