Pay Per Click Solutions "Solving the Puzzle!"

Pay Per Click Solutions

With so many Internet marketers pushing all the "must have" products, I personally got very tired of the constant insanity of it all. It's no wonder that the Internet is littered with empty wallets and broken dreams!

One day I took a giant step back and looked at the big picture. It became clear that the path to success was to shut out all the Internet marketing noise and pick something to master. I chose Pay Per Click affiliate marketing for some basic as well as obvious reasons.

Pay Per Click allows you to control the flow of traffic and affiliate marketing is a way to get paid for the effort. Simple really, control and drive traffic to places that pay you to do it. The results are nearly instant too. Find something to market, do some keyword research, write an ad for the product or service and you're in business!

When I started treating Internet marketing like a puzzle, things started to fall into place. Concentrating on just a few pieces of the puzzle allows me to make consistent progress toward building a profitable marketing business. The profits can now be used to grow the business through outsourcing.

The insanity of all the Internet marketing "professionals" pimping products at me has stopped. Profiting on the Internet is not that hard once the noise is turned off. It feels as though an enormous weight has been lifted, I no longer have to spend countless hours figuring out how to do all that needs done. Now I just work on Pay Per Click marketing and pay others to do the rest.

I wrote a report called Pay Per Click Solutions "Solving the Puzzle!" detailing some of the conclusions made in using this business model. It's free for anyone looking to solve their own puzzle.

Testing Speed PPC

My first impressions of the SpeedPPC software.

PPC 72,500% Faster - Watch the Video Evidence
There are only so many hours in a day and you can't save them up or get them back when they are gone!

SpeedPPC is a rare gem in my book. It not only saves me an enormous amount of time, it saves money too. I was amazed and excited when I saw the initial video showing how SpeedPPC could create 436 ad groups in 12 minutes. At the same time, I was a bit skeptical.

I jumped on SpeedPPC as soon as it was available! I had to see for myself if the claims were true.

Just for fun, Testing SpeedPPC

I put it to the test, I created my own campaign with 436 ad groups. After viewing all the training videos and reading the detailed manuals. I created a landing page template complete with dynamic variables. After uploading the landing page to my site, it was time to fire up the software.

Just fill in some boxes and tick a few radio buttons, it was ready to go. I clicked "update output" and all the data was compiled and ready for Google very quickly. As this was my first time through the process, it took me a little more than an hour from start to finish. That includes creating the landing page to having the ad campaign ready to upload to Google. Sorry, I took my time and played around with the software, so I didn't get done in 12 minutes. Must be a slacker.

All kidding aside, I'm amazed at the power of this software and I've just scratched the surface. In my opinion, time is money and the time savings alone for this one campaign paid for SpeedPPC. By the way, all my keywords were active with very low minimum bids too.

Having the ability to create dynamic ads that match the keywords and landing page is exactly what I needed to keep Google happy and have a landing page that literally speaks to the person who clicked on the ad. Extreme targeting is an understatement.

My personal thanks to Jay Stockwell for creating SpeedPPC!

This one is a keeper for me and makes Pay Per Click marketing fun again.

Pay Per Click Strategies

A call for Google competition

Basic Business Strategies

One of the first things we learn in business is to analyze your competition. Once you know what your competition is doing to be successful, you simply copy and improve on it for your own business success.

Copy the Winners

Many Pay Per Click marketing books say to copy from the best PPC ads and improve on them for your own advertising.

This is a great Pay Per Click strategy that also helps you to learn what works and what doesn't work when using Pay Per Click affiliate marketing.

Big businesses use what their competition is doing and improve on other business models all the time. This is very basic business practice and nothing new.

Where is Google's competition?

My real issue is why don't all the Pay Per Click search engines take a close look at how Google does things with Google Adwords?

Google is the king of pay per click marketing for a reason. Google offers more tools for advertisers and also have the easiest account management system of any and all that I have used.

Competition is good for everyone

If only Microsoft or Yahoo would get back to basic business practices and give Google some real competition.

The world of Pay Per Click advertising would be a better place for all of us who use PPC as part of our business strategy.

Phishing Ad Networks Warning

Advertisers Warning

Anyone who does advertising on the major Pay Per Click networks should beware of the latest phishing scams.

Phishing for sensitive data is nothing new. We all expect and delete all the attempts to gain access to our credit cards or PayPal accounts. For a phishing scam to get access to cash or the ability to transfer cash is very common. We all avoid this type of phishing scam, don't we?

Advertiser Phishing

Over the last few months, a new type of scam has surfaced involving advertising networks. Some of the phishing emails are quite good and look just like a normal email from Yahoo, Google or Microsoft adCenter.

The phishing scam is aimed at gaining access to Pay Per Click accounts. Then alter or add a campaign that has very high limits set for high traffic keywords. The traffic for the altered or fraudulent campaign is sent to the phisher's affiliate link!

Phishing Ad Costs

Imagine how quickly the traffic would fly to an offer with $10.00 per click bids or more. The click through rate can go through the roof very quickly when single keywords are used with no limits.

Have you checked the price for the top bid on the term "loan" lately? Use your imagination of what could happen if a few high priced keywords are added to your account when you least expect it.

Ad Losses Mount Quickly

Thousands of dollars in advertising costs can hit your account very quickly if a phisher gains access.

Beware of the emails you get for your advertising accounts! They may look completely legitimate, but could easily be a phishing nightmare in disguise.

The big networks take fraud very seriously. Google, Yahoo and Microsoft adCenter are also quite good at cracking down on a phishing scam. They work with you toward getting your money back from these hackers.

Stop Ad Phishing

If you suspect that someone has gained access to your advertising accounts, contact them immediately. Change your passwords and pause the campaigns that are not yours!

If you get suspicious emails, get the address of the fraud department at Google, Yahoo or Microsoft adCenter and forward them in so they can crack down on this type of fraud.

Consider Yourself Warned

Hey Steve, glad the phishing article helps. With all the hackers out there, you always need to have your guard up.

Thanks for the compliment on my lens.
