Here's some encouraging news from Charles Heflin about the progress of the new Pay Per Play Net Audio Ads service.

Apparently most of the webmasters who signed up to use Hate, Porn and Crime websites to earn from the 5 second audio ads have been found and removed from the system. Those trying to beat the system for monetary gains have been closed down...good news for responsible webmasters who give good content.

People Are Getting Paid!
The payment system has tested well, and is working flawlessly.

Charles Heflin Quoted as saying:
"Many members had revenue over $25 (the minimum payment threshold) and payments to those people are being sent today.

Payments will remain weekly on Fridays. If you don't hit the minimum payout amount then your revenue earned will roll forward to the next week and keep rolling until you hit $25 USD."

"Full throttle is expected toward the end of the month as testing continues pending the release of the BPA audit results and publishing of the new rate card.

The rate card is a breakdown of our pricing to run ads on the PPP network. Rate cards are common in the advertising industry and help us to procure new advertising deals. The fact that we are 3rd party verified makes the sales come easier."

So as you can see the Pay Per Play Opportunity is still very young. The system seems to be performing properly...but most importantly...

The NetAudio Ads program where you place a code on your website and audio ads of 5 second duration are played, has started to pay commissions to its affiliates.

Quoted here from Charles Heflin:
"As you may already know, audio ads have begun playing. I am pleased to announce that many PPP affiliates are beginning to report earnings in their accounts."

The commission structure is:
25% of ad revenue to your own websites
5% of ad revenue from those you refer
5% of ad revenue from your referrals signups.

It seems that they had a hiccup on release:

The Audio Ads actually played to date have only been up to 100,000 plays. The whole system is being geared up slowly until it's at full throttle.
They are testing the system.

Who Are The Advertisers?

At this moment Mr. Heflin is not allowed to divulge any names, but has hinted...

So it seems there are genuine advertisers, and also "Presidential Candidates", that seems to lend a lot more credibility to the Pay Per Play system, coupled with the fact that people are beginning to report results of ad plays, even at this early stage.
