If you're looking for a great computer at budget pricing, consider a reconditioned computer.
Refurbished computers are just as good as new computers but they are a lot less expensive. They have been returned by the original purchaser for whatever reason and the company tests the PC and replaces any components that are not up to specification.
It is recommended to purchase an extended warranty. Usually around $50 - $70 for a 1 year replacement warranty.
