The Truth About Making Money Online

After about 7 years as a full time affiliate marketer I have found out some things that can help you make money online in a fairly short period of time, with a small amount of upfront capital.

1. Start Small And Build Gradually - most people start off by trying to make BIG money tomorrow, I have found better success by concentrating on small projects that bring in $20-50 per day each. They add up quickly :)

2. Don't Pay Huge Upfront Fees To Be Able To Sell Something - this is important for someone who is just starting out because EVERYONE wants your money, they will try to sell you huge packages that you don't really need... stay away from them, and learn as much as you can.

3. Bigger Isn't Always Better - lots of people when starting out try to market things that pay big commissions, this can discourage you pretty fast as the cost to market these big items can be pricey.

4. Try To Think Like Your Market - if you are marketing to women who stay at home with kids, think of what they like... give them exactly what they want and you will make money.
