I find this tool very helpful if your planning to go out for the evening. i'm at -5 EST from UTC so if i want to blog 2 hours earlier then 0 or 12 am... then i have to put my settings for -3 EST or -3 from UTC this allows me to start blogging for tomorrows date at 10 pm est in the evening.
