- Thank you for the wonderful lens. With 2 sons on the spectrum, I know how difficult it can be to deal with and live with autism. I did my own lens on it too.

- Merry Christmas to both you and your son! Early Intervention was a LIFESAVER with my own son. Aside from a bit of quirkiness and being VERY uncomfortable around groups of people or people he does not know well, you wouldn't even know. God bless you for the work you do!

- I wonder if I am an non-diagnosed autistic adult? Descriptions of the condition remind me so much of my inner world as a child. As a child, I knew things but couldn't express them- actually, it wasn't even that I couldn't but there was an emotional block to experiencing external reactions. ie- I didn't like the gaga boboo baby talk, I could 'see' the adult world beyond the facade used to interact with me- I was like Baby Stewie on the Family Guy. Constantly misinterpreted as needing something that I wasn't even thinking about. Not sure if any of that makes sense? There we go- that's the block right there. Love to you and your son- he's perfect.

- My granddaughter, who is seven, is autistic. She has lived with us (grandma and grandpa)since she was two. Autism is a very hard illness to diagnose and even harder to deal with. We have read and listened to a million, or so it seems, cures and helpful remedies. We enjoy every bit of information that surfaces about autism. We thought maybe some of the readers here would be interested in this book we found. Just copy and paste this into your web browser: http://1b867mur19cym4darc3gpwwhb6.hop.clickbank.net/

- Thanks for writing this lens. My son, who is now 13, was diagnosed PDD-Nos years ago, but it took forever before I could get an answer. Out of the resources you have listed above, I highly recommend The Out-of-Sync Child and the Out-of-Sync Child has fun. They were recommended to me by my son's occupational therapist years ago.

- Love the lens; I gave it five stars. I'm glad there are autism-related lenses besides my own.
Me having an ASD makes me want to spread awareness. People need to know the truth about ASDs rather than being fed BS.
I recognize you from HubPages. I'm following you.
