    "Make Art Not War ...". I couldn't agree more! Why so many among us spend so much time "hating" other people is beyond me. Don't we have anything better to do with our time? Good riddance!

    Why people can't be accepting of each other for who they are, cherishing and respectfully celebrating differences, as opposed to spending so much time trying to impose their personally ideology.

    I bought my 6 year old daughter a Mandala colouring book a few weeks back, and she loves it. It certainly does have a calming affect, and I often sneak in a little colouring too.

    Thank you for sharing so much "peace." It is reassuring to know that there are things for our children and ourselves that do not promote violence. There is so much all ready and we shouldn't be raising our children to be even more violent.

    This is awesome! It is right in line with what we're doing, making jewelry (like peace symbols) out of disarmed nuclear missile systems. We've even got the peace in three languages graphic on a pendant! Love your stuff.

    Great lens! You might enjoy the Peace Lantern Festival that happens in Berkeley every year to remember the anniversaries of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Kids and adults draw on paper lanterns and float them across the lake. Very beautiful. Peace to you!

    Yes, we need to color the world in peace. The peaceful colors that come to my mind are blue coming from the blue ocean and azure sky, green coming from the peace of the lush green forests. It is said that these colors have peaceful effects on the mind as well.

    children love colors. especially for the peaceful colors.They dream lot of creative thing with these colors.Even for elders colors are more effective.So when it comes to children colors are more powerful.
    Children start to interact with society from thei play groups.In play groups that's why they use more colorful materials.Because children love them & they can go for creative activities with these peaceful colors.
    In my opinion,colors bring more dreamy world towards children

    Beautiful lens with a fine focus. One of the main aims of my Runt Farm chapter book series is to encourage us all to appreciate and tolerate each other's ways, like the animal runts in my stories who form a family in an abandoned barn. They have to learn to get along despite their differences. This lens gets a high five! :)

    When I was shopping for back-to-school supplies last week, I was tempted to purchase a box of crayons, but did not want to purchase any of the branded toy coloring books so I passed. Now, with all of these links, I will be able to find something interesting to color! :-)

    What a well thought out lens. I love peace signs, grew up with them in the 60's & 70"s. Now my 9 and 10 year old daughters think the are the newest, latest thing! 5* & Fav'd

    Thank you so much for adding color to peace! Perhaps if we all would do that we might be able to make some changes in that regard. As a person who donates all my Squidoo earnings to Women for Peace and who has always loved to color; I give you 5 colored peace signs, a couple of rolls of the lens and a peaceful Fave.
