Yummy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cold milk
1 1/2 cups Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups whipped cream
10 large squares Graham crackers
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter

1. Pour milk and Watkins Vanilla Dessert Mix into a large bowl. Stir until blended. Add peanut butter and still until fully blended. Stir in whipped cream.

2. Layer bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan with graham crackers completely covering bottom of pan. (You can break up crackers if necessary.) Add half of the dessert mixture to cover crackers. Layer your next row of graham crackers and cover crackers with remaining dessert mixture. Top with rest of graham crackers.

3. Microwave chocolate chips and butter on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir and if not completely melted microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Once completely melted pour over crackers and spread to cover entire dessert.

4. Refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours. Serve and enjoy!
