Pelican Landing

Located just west of US 41 in the heart of Bonita Springs is one of the most premier neighborhoods in all of Southwest Florida. The community is Pelican Landing and it is recognized as a true gem in the midst of many well known places to live in the surrounding area. This community is very well run and maintained and offers the most reasonable master association fees of all the upscale neighborhoods in Bonita Springs.

Pelican Landing is situated on Spring Creek with access to Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico that is a private, gated community of approximately 2,800 residents. It encompasses 2,365 acres of natural beauty including pristine waterways, lakes and preserves. Equally alluring is the fact the entire community is centered around the Tom Fazio designed, private member only, 36-hole Pelican's Nest Golf Club.

The community's most exclusive amenity is its 32 acre private barrier island beach park located on the Gulf of Mexico. Access is provided by a private beach shuttle that runs daily from 9AM to 4PM. Other amenities include a state of the art fitness and community center, championship tennis facility featuring Har-Tru courts with full time pro, a boat marina, sailing club, and a canoe and kayak park.

Residences in Pelican Landing include estate homes, single family homes, villas, coach homes and condominiums. The lifestyle is quiet, secluded, and private with all the amenities of a first class resort.
