Pemberton BC Canada
The Pemberton Valley BC Canada is a vibrant series of rural communities. Pemberton and District includes the Village, the first nations community of Mt. Currie, plus the Pemberton Valley, D'Arcy and Birken.
The Village of Pemberton - population 2,192 as of the 2006 census - is a spectacular 20-minute drive north of Whistler Resort, accessible directly off well-maintained Highway 99. The Village, located at the foot of majestic Mt Currie, is the hub for the Pemberton Valley and district. The surrounding area's population was 1,887 as of the 2006 census.
