Penny Stocks
Many new investors are lured to the appeal of a penny stock due to the low price and perceived potential for rapid growth, which can appear to be occurring if the stock is being promoted. Accordingly, the SEC warns that penny stocks are high risk investments and new investors should be aware of the risks involved. These risks include limited liquidity, lack of financial reporting, and fraud.
Sudden changes in demand or supply of penny stock can lead to volatility in the stock price up or down. A lack of liquidity can also make it extremely difficult to sell a stock, particularly if there are no buyers that day. Knowledge is power when it comes to anything and everything so get the knowledge but make sure you get it from a reliable source.
It's imperative that if you decide to get involved with penny stocks that you follow someone who knows what they're doing. If someone has a history of success and has shown to be long term and not short term then listen.
In any profession, if you want to know how to do something then you go to someone who is an expert in that field as that just makes sense. Why learn from trial and error when you can learn from someone who has already been down that road before.
It's smart to follow someone who has a step by step system or color by numbers process. It should be easy to follow and never difficult for beginners. When it comes to penny stock, the best way to go is to an expert and do your homework and research. I know a doctor is not going to a plumber to learn his trade so why should you when it comes to penny stocks
I have seen some reports that you can subscribe to that provide you with the best penny stocks to buy, etc. I'm okay with some of these reports but I appreciate the reports where the person who provides the reports is actually buying the penny stocks recommended and with success.
I understand that nothing in life is guaranteed but if you follow a millionaire who tells you which penny stocks that he buys, and has a track record of success then it only makes sense that that person is someone to follow. With anything, you will find risk but so is walking down the street. The wise learn from the wise and the unwise learn from the unwise so be wise.
