Welcome!  My name is Barbara Ling, and I'm all about:

• Achieving my goals in life by pro-actively making them come true


• Empowering others to duplicate what I've attained


• Balancing 10+ years of a superbly successful online business life with raising my unique clan of children and appreciating my husband of 15+ years


• Enjoying today with my family, friends and colleagues


• Sharing what I've learned over the past decade about being successful in all areas life - financial, personal and coffee-enhancing.

You'll have a blast enjoying my site, as I draw upon over a decade of walking-the-walk when it comes to making money online.

You'll see my credentials a bit later on down the page, but in the meanwhile...if I were to sum up the personal theme of my writings, it would be:

I am big on taking ownership of personal actions AND personal reactions.  People CANNOT hurt or disappoint me unless I give them that power over me....nor is anyone responsible for my successes or failures besides ME.

I cannot control how anyone decides to behave.  However, I CAN take ownership of my own actions and reactions and consciously choose my next step.

I firmly believe we all choose to take a particular responsibility for our actions.  Some choose:

• None at all (those are the amoral folk who scam for a living, seduce others for their own selfish pleasures and then abandon them after securing and then destroying their emotional love...)


• A small amount (those who have a conscious understanding of right and wrong...and try to live by the 80/20 rule)


• The right amount (those who pro-actively choose to take ownership of their own emotions, beliefs and actions...thereby delivering control back into their hands)


• 'Way too much (those who sacrifice their own happiness for people who care less about them than they do renegade soap scum)

Opportunities to sell one's soul to the devil can always abound!  People with my background (ie, 10+ years entrepreneuring online, a seasoned problem-solver, etc.) could:

• Take the low road of many Internet marketers, use their 10+ years' reputation and join in the ranks of Send Me Your Money and I'll Send You Lots of Dreams route.


• Or they could easily take advantage of those folk with less life experience, play with their emotions, take what they wanted and then watch them realize, my gosh, my feelings were just simply irrelevant to her or her


• Or they could easily promise the world to folks who follow my suggestions and then change the parameters so they end up owing nothing, while taking everything.

But were I to do that...I'd sacrifice my own integrity.

And that goes direction against my personal Law of Pro-action.  How about you?

Couple of things to note - I always try to include my family in my postings as well!  Thus, you'll hear about my Mooses and my Twitter Budgies like so.

Here are my two mooses.  Notice their sizes. 

Moose 1 (the actual moose-sized doggie) is a Malamoose/Collie cross and has jaws the size of a bear trap (gentle Jaws, mind you), and Moose 2 (known as "MiniMoose") is a husky cross.  Both of them are rescue doggies (rescue doggies rock!  You can learn more about them HERE).

Notice how neat and clean their paws are?  Well now, check out what mooses look like after a delightful romp in the great outdoors!

And we can't forget the all-powerful Parallel Universe Twitter Budgies that reside in my home as well!
